Happy New Year to all of you. We really hope you enjoyed your Holidays and had time to take car of the ones you cherish. These good moments worth a million!

With the New Year usually come the new resolutions.

The first one for sure is to be more healthy and try to become a fitness enthusiast with a daily routine. It’s sound easy to say especially in January when you can not bear to see a glass of Champagne or a pot of fois gras considering all you ate and drunk during the Holidays … and the extra weight you gain thanks to that.

In that kind of moments it is easy to visualise a very healthy way of life. Then the bad habits come back and you never succeed to become the athlete you are dreaming to become!
